Slow down.
A sauna for slowing down is opening on Greenhills Road in Tallaght. Heat, a cool down, a rest. Then again, if you like.

Still is a sauna opening under the Four Wellness roof, down the hall from Holohan Martial Arts, Fire Flow Yoga and Float Therapy.
It will be simple. Leave the phone outside. Breathe slowly. Stay as long as feels good, not as long as the clock says.
The room
Never been in a sauna? A round is three parts, in order. Turn the dial with your finger, or press play, and walk through one.

Step out of the heat and let the air find you. Breathe. Take as long as you like.
Sit somewhere quiet and do nothing for a while. No phone, no clock. Then again, if you like.
That’s a round. Then again, if you like.
